By contrast, some non-free singing-voice synthesis editors that depend on online services may limit that control and use uploaded project data in unexpected ways.

DiffScope grew out of the DiffSinger community’s ongoing exploration of singing synthesis technology, tools, and creative workflows.
From the continued evolution of DiffSinger to dataset preparation, vocoders, inference and deployment tools, and open project formats and editors, the community’s work continues to shape DiffScope. More than an editor that uses DiffSinger, it is a creative platform where these experiences and technologies come together.
We want to bring new models, technologies, and ideas from the community into everyday music creation, while letting creators’ needs continue to move the whole DiffSinger ecosystem forward.
